Ventilation Systems

The air conditioning plant consists of three main components:
- Ventilation slidegate valves and/or ventilation flaps provide at travel at "normal" temperatures for sufficiently fresh air.
- The axial flow fans, installed on the picture down on the left side, are to be switched over a plate in the interval and to continuous operation. They provide an additional supply of fresh air in case of standing with the vehicle or during driving periods.
- By the 40 cm high hydraulically extendable roof, (left on the side with the roof) used up air can withdraw upward and additional fresh air in sufficient quantity, even at higher temperatures, is supplied.

Axial Flow Fans
According to the new regulations of the European Union the valve gates are controllable over sensors by a thermograph.

20 Fans
This semitrailer is equipped with 20 fans, which are to be switched in the interval

Electronic controlling of the Fans
All fans are controllable over a plate.
The driver choose the temperature. After this, the fans will turn on by themselves to get the desired temperature.

Thermograph
After the newest livestock transport regulations starting from 2008,01.01 the thermograph is obligation for the type of transportation B (long-term transport) and type of transportation A (short time transport).
The temperatures noted during transport, can be printed out easy.
